Prefer to collect your order? No problem! Please allow 15 minutes for your order to be prepared after placing it online. Orders can be collected from our conveniently located warehouse at:

Please note, our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but you can still place orders via our online store at any time.

We understand that things do not always go as planned. If you need to return an item:

• You have 14 days to return goods purchased in error.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Customers are responsible for securely returning goods at their own expense.

If your delivery arrives damaged or short of items, please report this within 24 hours, and we
will assist in resolving the issue promptly. Remember, returns must be initiated within 14
days of purchase.
